Stats
7,315 square feet
4 consult rooms, 2 operating rooms, treatment islands, training demonstration and conference zone
Planning Phase
The project scope includes a new pet- and people-friendly Paws Garden and redesigned landscaped carpark. The Client Lounge with striking exterior storefront mitered glass corner windows share beauty with the adjacent garden. A central reception and client services core allows efficient assistance and practice management. An open plan in the Treatment and Surgery zones ensures patient visibility and staff communication. Central operational "islands" allow 360° views of action areas - surgeon consult rooms, patient recovery cage banks, Doctors' Bullpen, demonstration and conference zone, CT & radiology, Instrument Prep, and surgery suites. Curved skylight shaft volumes distribute daylight over action areas.
