After my summer internship with Bruce Labins, Architect and Associates, I am thrilled they invited me to join the team after graduation. Earning my Bachelor of Architecture from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo was a rewarding achievement, and I hope to follow this with California licensure soon! This office is the perfect place for me to pursue this goal; in a fun, productive culture I am regularly introduced to a wide scope of projects and industry conditions which expand my experience as an emerging professional. I am encouraged to meet the challenges and responsibilities that come with increasing knowledge and skills.

So far my favorite part of professional practice is client meetings. I find discussion and creative problem solving energizing! Talking with project participants about what their building can achieve encourages me to perform excellent work. I believe purposeful, thoughtful architectural design impacts our daily well-being in the places we live and work; as such, I look forward to a rewarding and meaningful career.
