Bow window boardroom and curved pediment are signature elements visible from 101 freeway. Building is sited to enhance visibility from the 101 while the structure itself screens parking lot from highway.
Concrete tilt-up construction was chosen because of its durability, ease of maintenance, and importantly, its sense of permanence and quality. Chamfered V-groove reveals, lintels, and color were designed in a rhythm and pattern to break-up the broad wall surfaces and to imply structure. Sandblasted wainscot in natural concrete provides an attractive no-maintenance base to the building. Manufactured stone veneer distinguishes main entrance, wall corners and boardroom.
Energy efficiency and acoustic privacy are met through dual glazed windows having low u-factor and low solar heat gain coefficient and insulated stud walls throughout.
Glenn Sipes and Fred Evans, founders of RE/MAX Gold Realtors, are proud to have a quality, state of the art headquarters for their agents and clients.
